We are an independent private company offering both reassurance pregnancy (2D/3D/4D) scans and other Diagnostic scans such as abdominal, gynaecology, Musculoskeletal or small parts Ultrasound scans.
Our pregnancy scans are for reassurance purposes and are to complement NHS obstetric and midwife appointments rather than replace them. You should attend all your booked NHS ultrasound scans or midwife appointments and always follow their advice when using our services.
We use high end ultrasound machines to enable you see your baby from 6 weeks of pregnancy onwards or to diagnose any pathology for our Diagnostic scan packages using evidence-based practice from the current NICE guideline, SOR and BMUS Guidelines for Professional Ultrasound Practice.
We will treat everyone with kindness, respect, dignity, compassion and Equality.
We are a team of highly experienced, friendly healthcare professionals with over 15 years of experience working with both the NHS and leading private hospitals providing the highest level of service.
All our sonographers have enhanced DBS checks and are registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) UK and the Society of Radiographer (UK).

Booking Terms And Conditions
Please Note:
Our services are for adults only (18 years and above), please bring a form of ID with you for your appointment.
Once booked, you will be contacted by email to confirm your appointment.
No deposit will be taken, however full payment for your scan will be made on the day prior to your scan. Any offers or discounts will be applied in the email confirming your appointment.
If you have a voucher, please call the clinic directly on 07376 654 022 to book your appointment.
For all obstetric scans, all reports will be emailed to the patient within 12 hours after being typed, proofread, and ratified with the exception of the need for an urgent referral. In this case, the report will be issued immediately after the scan.
For Twin pregnancy, an additional £35 will be charged on top of the chosen scan package with the exception of the First Trimester Dating and Reassurance scan package.
For all Diagnostic scans, all reports will be emailed to the patient within 24 hours after being typed, proofread, and ratified with the exception of the need for an urgent referral. In this case, the report will be issued immediately after the scan.

All scans are recorded for Audit and Training purposes.
Our opening times are Monday to Thursday 6 pm until 8 pm, Fridays 11 am to 3 pm & 6 pm to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9 am until 8 pm (Same-day appointments available)

FIRST TRIMESTER DATING AND REASSURANCE SCAN

We understand that the first trimester may present with a lot of challenges such as nausea, vomiting, PV bleeding and cramping.

Our First Trimester and reassurance scan is tailored to assess , diagnose and offer reassurance in such circumstances.

This is a 2D scan, 30 minutes appointment, performed between 6 – 15 weeks and you get 3 black and white thermal prints and a detailed fetal well-being report after your scan, and a free rescan if necessary.

We will assess the location of the pregnancy, viability by visualisation of the fetal heartbeat, and number of gestation sacs /embryos for multiple pregnancy

A detailed explanation of the ultrasound results and advice will be given by the sonographer depending on the diagnosis.

If needed, you may be referred to either your nearest early pregnancy unit centre, midwife or registered NHS Hospital for further management.
(6-15 WEEKS)

FETAL WELL BEING AND GENDER SCAN

Our sonographers have extensive experience in performing both diagnostic and non diagnostic fetal scans and for the gender scans, we offer 99.9% accuracy.

This is a 2D scan, 30 minutes appointment, performed between 16 – 38 weeks and you get 6 black and white thermal prints, a CD of images, 4D sneak a peek of your baby in 4D and a detailed fetal well-being report after your scan

If any abnormality is detected, the sonographer will explain in detail the findings and refer you to either your midwife or registered NHS hospital for further management.

FETAL GROWTH AND PRESENTATION SCAN

Further on in pregnancy( 2nd and 3rd Trimester ) , there may be need to assess fetal growth and presentation, amniotic fluid volume, placenta location , and estimate fetal weight.

This is a 2D scan, 30 minutes appointment, performed between 22 – 40 weeks and you get 6 black and white thermal prints , a CD of images , and a detailed fetal well-being report after your scan

The sonographer will measure your baby, assess viability by visualisation of the fetal heart beat, assess fetal well-being, growth, presentation , placenta location, amniotic fluid volume and weight estimate.

3D/4D BABY BONDING SCANS

3D/4D scans are both 2D and 4D, 15 – 30 minutes appointment depending on selected package, performed between 22 – 34 weeks and you get a number of 4D printed images, key rings , complimentary picture frame or gift pack, all images and video recording of your baby saved on a flash disk, a detailed fetal well-being report after your scan and a free rescan if necessary.
